We had a fantastic stay at Narrow Water Lodges and honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough! The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, with the lodges warm, inviting and luxurious. Everything was finished to such a high standard, and you can really see the thought, care and attention to detail that has gone into creating such a special place. A particular mention has to go to Cormac and his mum, who made us feel so welcome. Their warmth, friendliness and genuine hospitality really made our stay extra special. It’s lovely to see a family putting so much heart and passion into what they do. The bar was also gorgeous, with a lovely atmosphere, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting in and having a few drinks. It’s such a great addition to the lodges and makes the whole experience feel even more special. We visited Carlingford during our stay, but we also loved seeing people ordering Chinese food from a local takeaway and enjoying it in the pub. What a great partnership! There is so much potential here, and I could see an outdoor sauna or a little wellness area being a fantastic addition in the future. It would also be lovely to see some food options available in the bar, as the setting is so inviting that you would happily spend even more time there. We’ll absolutely be returning in the spring and are already looking forward to it! Huge congratulations to Cormac and his mum on creating such a beautiful place. We wish them every success with it and would happily recommend Narrow Water Lodges to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway with genuine Irish hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The lodges are absolutely fantastic, with a high standard of fit out and amazing attention to detail. The decor and colour scheme of our lodge was beautiful and the layout is perfect. Much as there is absolutely nothing bad I have to say about the lodges what I do want to mention is how our experience was elevated by meeting Cormac and the young lady working in the bar (I'm sorry we didn't ask her name). I recently read an article by Georgina Campbell where she was bemoaning how the "personal touch" has gone out of Irish hospitality services. This is certainly not the case at Narrow Water Lodges. The personal service we received elevated our stay from what would definitely be a 5 star rating to a personal rating from us of "the best overnight stay we have ever had" (and we've had hundreds). Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The location and standard of the lodge was excellent. Breakfast was really nice and the extra touches nibbles etc was really appreciated. Would recomnend.

We loved the property and the location, the lodge was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the lodge had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a lovely addition. The location is lovely with beautiful walks very close by. The owner is very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful lodges in a peaceful location

The Lodges were absolutely perfect. Beautiful setting and expertly decorated and laid out. We took 2 lodges between 5 friends and found them very comfortable. Lovely continental breakfast with coffee machine. Cormac was more than helpful, he couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend a stay

Lodge was beautifully designed and very clean. Loved the colour scheme. Light breakfast was great too. Cormac was a great host. Loved the idea that there was a small bottle of prosecco each and a free drink at bar beside the lodge. Carlingford and Newry were both close if you wanted to explore. We booked with Rorys Travel. I would highly recommend a stay there.

Wow what a fantastic stay in these beautiful lodges, the decor and the standard of them is absolutely incredible. Soft Snow White fluffy towels, beautiful comfortable bed, I had the best nights sleep in a long time. Very well equipped kitchen with top of the range cups, glasses etc and a Nespresso machine . Loved the light breakfast and the orange juice butter jam and yogurts was very welcome also the prosseco and welcome drink. We were able to order Chinese to the beautiful pub onsite and Cormac and Saidbh gave us heated plates to eat it from. I highly recommend a stay here and we will most definitely return. Five Stars all the way. Well done and wish you the best for the future .

Stayed in Narrow Water Lodge on the 30th August booked through Rory Travel Club. Absolutely amazing the lodge was well equipped and the cleanliness was a high standard and Cormac was soo welcoming he managed to get a booking for us at Carrickdale Hotel for dinner. We stayed with our two young kids 5yr old and 8yr old they loved it and wanted to come back next weekend. very peaceful and relaxing stay will definitely be back.

Beautiful lodges finished to a very high standard. Had everything we needed for the few days. Welcome pack of food supplies very much appreciated. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our time here. The lodge was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you could need. Kids had a great time and are already asking when we can go back.

Our stay was faultless. Beautiful Lodge, so well presented and everything you needed at hand. Fresh croissants, wheaten bread, snacks, tea and a coffee machine. Cormac was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

I loved the layout of the site, beautiful gardens, the layout and decor of the lodges, very lucurious, with lovely touches beautiful skin and hair products, hairdryer,soft, fluffy towels, the goodies, continental breakfast, the very generous bottle of Prosecco in our room and welcome drinks at the bar, exceptional service throughout and very friendly, helpful staff esp Cormac who looked aftet us so well! Its a very convenient location for the greenway, hikibg cooley and mournes mountains, Carlingford etc

The peace and scenery. Lodges were cosy but had all mod cons to an excellent standard. The location felt an oasis but was still close to many towns, the lough and other places of interest. Cormac was a very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Our experience from start to finish was amazing. Cormac and all the staff we met were so friendly, the lodges and ground impeccable. We will 100% be back and highly recommend. They were like staying in 5 star luxury.
